LIV FOUNTAIN
COMMITTEE CHAIR
My name is Liv Fountain, and I am 18 years old. I live with Cerebral palsy, and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in social policy and psychology at the University of Waikato.
I’m very passionate about disability advocacy. Things haven’t always been inclusive. I believe that everyone with a disability should have equal opportunity to thrive. In addition to I.Lead, I am an active member of the Halberg Youth Council, and I’m active within my community disability sport and recreation organisation.

ELEANOR RAWSON
COMMITTEE DEPUTY CHAIR
Kia Ora,
My name’s is Eleanor Rawson. I am 27 years old, and I was born and raised in Dunedin/Central Otago but currently living in Waikato. I descend from Kai Tahu/Kati Mamoe, and I live with invisible disabilities, AUDHD and C-PTSD. Due to these, I have had health issues for my entire life.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education in 2022 and have been spending the last two years volunteering for Xabilites, another sister charity, where I sit on a committee board while I figure out what I want to do with my Bachelor’s. I just completed the Empowered program through I.lead and am excited to contribute alongside future change-makers within the disability space.

Along with being on the I.Lead Committee, Sarah sits on the Halberg Foundation Youth Council, advocating for access and opportunities in sport and recreation, nationally and in her local community.
HENRY STILWELL
COMMITTEE MEMBER
My name is Henry. I’m 22, and I have William’s syndrome.
I joined I.Lead because I want to be a voice for people who have trouble speaking out, and I want to prove that disabled people can be a part of the disability social justice community no matter what condition they have. I’m passionate about sports, and I also like posting on TikTok.
