Scotty is a local handyman, and looks after the building maintenance of YES Disability Resource Centre.

Although Philip is blind disabled person, he joined forces with Scotty in water blasting outside YES Disability Resource Centre. This is truly inspiring. His passion to help proves he is not limited to certain things in life because of his blindness, and testifies others anything is possible, even through their disabilities. Willingness and determination are two fundamental aspects of human beings.

With these two fundamental aspects, one challenges their limitations. The world will becomes a place of endless potential and inspiration.
